沒有追蹤程式、沒有廣告、沒有分析工具、也沒有 cookie。網站不會把任何東西送到伺服器儲存，我也看不到誰來過這個網站。 There are no tracking scripts, no advertising, no analytics, and no cookies. Nothing is sent to a server to be stored, and I cannot see who visits this site.

唯一儲存在你裝置上的東西，是你選擇的語言（中文或英文）。它存在你自己的瀏覽器裡，不會傳送給我或任何人，清除瀏覽器資料就會消失。 The only thing stored on your device is your language choice (Chinese or English). It stays in your own browser, is never sent to me or anyone else, and disappears if you clear your browser data.

預約課程時When you book a lesson

預約都是在 LINE 上談的 — 網站上的按鈕只是把你帶到 LINE，加我好友之後我們直接約時間。你在 LINE 上傳給我的訊息會經過 LINE，所以 LINE 的隱私權政策也會適用：line.me/en/terms/policy。 Booking happens on LINE — the buttons here just take you there, and once you've added me we agree a time between ourselves. Messages you send me pass through LINE, so their privacy policy applies too: line.me/en/terms/policy.

網站製作詢價表單The website quote form

如果你填了網站製作詢價的表單，你打的字完全留在你自己的瀏覽器裡 — 沒有伺服器、沒有第三方服務會收到。按下按鈕之後，你的答案只是被整理成一封信，在你自己的信箱 App 裡打開；除非你自己按寄出，否則我不會收到任何東西。 If you fill in the website quote form, everything you type stays in your own browser — no server and no third-party service receives it. Pressing the button simply assembles your answers into an email and opens it in your own mail app. Unless you press send yourself, nothing reaches me.

你用 LINE 或 email 聯絡我時When you contact me on LINE or by email

我會收到你傳給我的內容 — 通常是你的名字、聯絡方式，以及孩子的年齡和英文程度。這些資料只用來安排、進行課程，以及跟你聯絡上課相關的事。 I receive whatever you send me — usually your name, contact details, and your child's age and English level. I use this only to arrange and run lessons, and to talk to you about them.

關於孩子的資料About your child's information

課程都是由家長預約的，孩子不需要自己在這個網站上填寫任何東西。我保留的資訊很少，通常只有孩子的名字或小名、年齡，還有我自己為了備課寫的筆記（例如上次上到哪裡、哪個部分需要多練習）。我不會公開孩子的照片、姓名或作品，除非事先得到家長的同意。 Lessons are booked by parents, and children never need to enter anything on this site themselves. I keep very little: usually a first name or nickname, an age, and my own lesson notes (what we covered, what needs more practice). I never publish a child's photo, name, or work without asking a parent first.

我不會做的事What I don't do

• 不販售、不交換、不出租你的任何資料。I never sell, trade, or rent your information.
• 不把你的資料分享給第三方，除非是為了提供課程所必需（例如 LINE 和 Google Meet），或法律上有要求。I don't share it with anyone except where it's needed to deliver the lessons (LINE and Google Meet), or where the law requires it.
• 不會寄行銷廣告信給你。I don't send marketing email.

資料保留多久How long I keep things

課程進行期間我會保留這些資料，之後再留一段合理的時間，以備你想回來上課或需要付款紀錄。你隨時可以請我刪除。 I keep it while we're having lessons, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back or need a payment record. You can ask me to delete it at any time.

你的權利Your rights

依照台灣的《個人資料保護法》，你可以要求查閱、複製、更正或刪除我持有的你（或你孩子）的個人資料，也可以要求我停止使用。寄信到 marlowe.smith.connect@gmail.com 就可以，我會盡快處理，不收費。 Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act you can ask to see, copy, correct, or delete any personal data I hold about you or your child, or ask me to stop using it.
